Computer and Technology Use Policies
Waterfield Library strives to meet students’ technological needs by providing the following:
- Computer labs housing 60 desktop computers and 5 scanners
- Laptops for checkout with a current Murray State ID - Checkout is for 2 hour time periods, for use in Waterfield Library ONLY
- Wireless connectivity for personal laptops
- Printing
- Laser printers are located in the main lobby of Waterfield Library
- Printers print from Waterfield laptop and desktop computers
- Print from your own storage media, library databases, or the Internet
- Cost is $.10 per Black & White page $.30 per color page
- Copy cards can be purchased in the library
- Digital reader/printers for microforms
- 3 reader/printers
- Capability to download, print, or email images from microforms
- Print to laser printers in main lobby at $.10 per page
