Hungry?

Hungry? Check out the Oakley Dining Room in Oakley Applied Sciences, 2nd floor, north tower.

Students in the Meal Management course (NTN 422) operate the Oakley Dining Room. The Meal Management course is required for students majoring in nutrition and dietetics and an elective for students with a major in Family and Consumer Science Education.

Each week a different student serves as the Oakley manager responsible for planning and production of the meal. The manager is also responsible for advertising the menu by designing and publishing a web page. Other students in the class are responsible for preparing and serving the meal as instructed by the manager.

This semester healthy lunch options are offered every Wednesday from March 27 to May 1.

Order your meal online via Marketplace for dine-in or pick-up from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Oakley Dining Room - 200N Applied Science. Meals are $10-$11 and include dessert.
