Everything you need to know about borrowing and renewing library materials, including loan limits for different types of users, how to renew materials, and course reserve information.

Renewing

  • Click on Advanced Search from the Library Homepage. Click on Sign in at the top right corner of the page.
  • Log-in by selecting Murray State Students, Faculty, and Staff. Log in using your MyGate credentials.
  • On the top right corner of the page, click on your name and then My Loans.
  • Check the box for the items that you want to renew. 
  • Then click Renew Selected.
  • Remember to logout when you are finished.
  • This may be done once. Items can be renewed a second time by phone (call the Circulation Desk at 270-809-4990) or in person.
