Legal Studies

Access Services helps you obtain books, periodical articles, and other media that are not available at the Murray State University Libraries. On average, articles delivered via electronic delivery takes 1-3 days to arrive. Books & media in hard copy takes 6-12 days to arrive. Patrons will only be charged a fee if items cannot be borrowed free (please indicate the amount you are willing to pay when requesting the item via Interlibrary Loan). Patrons will be notified by email that material has arrived for them.

Please arrive at your appointment prepared to read your work to one of our consultants. Keep in mind that our goal is to teach you the best strategies to become a better writer. We are not an editing service; we strive to teach you how to become better editors of your own work. If you are seeking helping with citation and documentation, we will teach you how to use style guides and the Purdue OWL to find the answers your seek.
