These databases will have either full-text articles or abstracts related to business. They are ranked in order of what is more likely to be useful.

The world's definitive scholarly business database, including articles from peer-reviewed journals, magazines, trade publications, and news sources. Company and industry profiles are also available. Citations available from 1880-present.
Human Resources Abstracts This link opens in a new window
Covering essential areas such as human resources management, employee assistance, organizational behavior, and other areas of key relevance to the discipline. EBSCO has digitized the full archive of this index, bringing coverage back to 1975.
Public Administration Abstracts This link opens in a new window
Covers public administration theory, and other areas of key relevance to the discipline.The index contains more than 93,600 records, including the Journal of Public Economics, Public Administration, Public Administration Review, etc. Coverage from 1974-present.
PsycINFO This link opens in a new window
Provides indexing and abstracts for over one million articles in 1,700 journals from over 50 countries. This database, provided by the American Psychological Association, also includes abstracts for dissertations, books and book chapters ranging in date from 1887 to the present.
JSTOR - Full Text This link opens in a new window
This is a full-text archive of key academic journals in business, economics and finance. Being an archive, it does NOT have the current issues of these journals. There is a “lag time” of 2-5 years. It does have the entire backfile of the journals it includes.

A full-text scientific database offering articles from more than 2,500 peer-reviewed journals and book chapters from more than 10,000 books. There are currently more than 9.5 million articles/chapters, a content base that is growing at a rate of almost 0.5 million additions per year.

An integrated full-text database for journals, books, protocols, eReferences, and book series published by Springer. Currently offers 2,769 fully peer-reviewed journals and 53,829 books online.
