The Lower Level of Waterfield Library is temporarily closed to the public for renovation. We predict it will be closed for the Fall 2024 semester, perhaps longer. But don't worry! We will be able to get you what you need.
Materials can be requested
Requesting Items In-Person
If you are visiting Waterfield Library in-person, you can request materials from the lower level by speaking to any library employee at the Circulation or Information Desk. We will happily retrieve the item for you.
Requesting Items for Pick-Up
You can also request that materials from the Lower Level be available for pick-up at the Circulation Desk by requesting the item in our catalog.
1. Locate the book by searching the catalog. Click on the title for request options.
You will need to click on the title for request options.
2. You will need to sign in to see the request option.
3. To finalize the request, just click on "Send Request."
Monday through Thursday: Items requested before 3 p.m. will be available the following day at 9:00 a.m. For example, an item requested at 2:00 p.m. on Monday would be available Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m.
After 3:00 p.m. on Thursday through Sunday - Items requested will be available on Monday at 9:00 a.m.

Interlibrary Loan
For materials that Waterfield Library does not own, please request those items using our Interlibrary Loan portal.
