Abstract: Paul Hornbeak, a 94 year old veteran of both World Wars, discusses his wartime experiences in the First World War. He served with a company of bakers during the war and worked with his brother as a businessman between the wars.

Biographical / Historical note: Paul Hornbeak was born in Tennessee and went to school in Nashville. He attended basic training at Camp Taylor in Louisville, Kentucky.
