Historical Information: The Murray State University Student Alumni Association scholarship program has been in existence since the first scholarship was given in 1941. In 1967, the Association established the Scholarship Century Club which allowed regional industries to become members of the scholarship program. By the early 1970s hundreds of scholarships were created to financially assist students at Murray State.
Scope and Content: Collection consists of information guides and newspaper clippings of scholarships sponsored via the Student Alumni Association of Murray State University during the 1970s and 1990s.
