Known Issues

EJS (Electronic Journals Service)

If you are having problems getting journals to load, please delete cookies and other site & plug-in data and empty the cache. This should fix the problem with journals loading.

Primo (library search tool)

Sometimes links to EBSCO databases from Primo do NOT point to the correct article, depending on the metadata used for indexing practices. Title, Author, Publication, Volume, Issue and sometimes page numbers will need to be filled in to achieve the exact article you are searching. Primo will redirect to the full-text article if it is available from another publisher such as Wiley.

Pop-Up Blocker

Pop-up blockers work in the background while you browse the Internet. When they detect a pop-up window that may be an unwanted advertisement, they automatically close the window. This can prevent resources from performing properly. While using library resources, if you are unable to view articles, then you need to disable pop-up blocking. For more information about turning off pop-up blocker on your machine, please select your current web browser:

Internet History and Cache

Your Internet browser keeps a record of all the websites you visit in its History. Your Internet cache acts as a roadmap for all the web sites you visit by storing copies of these sites locally on your computer. Because this site information is stored locally, web sites load faster. Sometimes, this stored data can create problems for users trying to login to the system. If you are experiencing errors or are unable to view certain web content, try clearing your Internet history and/or cache. For more information on clearing your Internet history and cache, please select your current web browser:

Adobe Reader

Adobe Reader works in the background while you browse the Internet. This can prevent resources (SFX, Primo, RACERtrac) from performing properly. If you are unable to view articles, then you need to choose the "Run this time" tab at the top of the screen to see the PDF Full Text article.
